Job description

Vedder Price is recruiting 2L students for full-time positions as 2026 Global Transportation Finance Summer Associates in our New York, Los Angeles and Dallas offices. Our program allows students with demonstrated practice interests to focus on those areas and receive an invaluable amount of in-depth training. As a summer associate at Vedder Price, you can expect rapid integration into the Firm through substantive work assignments, observation opportunities and training sessions, all of which are designed to translate into your future success as an associate at Vedder Price.

While students from all law schools are welcome to apply, we ask that applicants have a geographic tie to the office to which they are applying. Interviews will be held on a rolling basis.

Requirement s: Please include the following documents when submitting your application. Partial applications will not be given consideration.

Your resume;
An unofficial copy of your first-year law school transcript (please note, if your second semester grades are not yet available, please submit your first semester grades and we will ask for an updated transcript at a later date); and
A cover letter expressing your interest in the specific practice area and location.

Compensation

$225,000 annual
