Your Role At A Glance

The Manager of Integration is a key resource with primary responsibility for oversight and successful integration of newly acquired entities into the Mastercam ecosystem. Working cross-functionally, this position will bring together stakeholders, align functional activity, and ensure that all functions are actively involved in the integration process. Working within the overall strategy framework, the Manager of Integration maintains an open, future focused perspective, working proactively to ensure the smooth and timely integration of acquired entities into the organization.

How You’ll Drive Success
Strategic Integration Planning
  • Build and recommend short and long-term integration strategies to maximize business performance and value.
  • Identifying new organizational structures and consolidating redundancies.
  • Analyze Mastercam’s business needs and recommend technical solutions for integration that support long-term strategy, while delivering short-term commitments.
  • Translate strategy into tangible objectives and key results, promoting adherence to departmental standards and advancing team/individual growth.
Operational Execution & Leadership
  • Lead the integration of acquired companies into the organization, providing proper prioritization of resources, ensuring that integration processes and standards are developed, implemented, and adhered to.
  • Set clear, measurable, and comprehensive goals for the integration process.
  • Provide timely status reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the budget for integration activities, ensuring costs are aligned with expectations and services exceed agreed-upon objectives and key results.
Collaboration & Team Development
  • Partners with internal and external resources to ensure proper protocols and processes are executed to standard and with a mindful eye towards future growth and development.
  • Work together with top leadership to drive initiatives for the department, delivering well-communicated, balanced, and comprehensive analyses in support of all objectives and initiatives.
  • Foster an environment of collaboration and encouragement, focusing on continuous learning and development of team members.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Direct research in emerging integration practices; produce detailed timelines and implement effective project management processes to successfully introduce and implement appropriate changes.
  • Maintain knowledge of all activities of the department, keeping up with industry’s best practices and maintaining positive, high-performance support levels across all business entities.
  • Proactively understand technical operations and software engineering best practices to ensure smooth integration of acquired companies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.  
The Talents We’re Seeking
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, Economics or related field; or equivalent work experience. MBA is a plus. 
Experience & Skills
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in a project management capacity managing outward-facing teams, with 5+ years’ experience within a Corporate Development, Strategy or Integration environment with direct responsibility and/or oversight of new acquisition integrations; preferably in a corporate environment.  
  • Solid understanding of Business processes, organizational change, and general management principles, with proven change management and/or integrating new business entities into the business environment. 
  • Creative, critical thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with an above average ability to assess risk. 
  • Proven organizational skills, with the ability to plan, budget, and utilize/manage company resources with precision. 
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and the ability to provide accurate information succinctly. 
  • Ability to work independently within the team, driving objectives and projects to completion; coupled with a proven ability to multi-task while projecting a positive outward demeanor. 
  • Experience conceptualizing and generating reports aimed at supporting the business narrative. Report writing and data visualization tool experience (Tableau, PowerBI) a plus. 
  • Outgoing, passionate team player who thrives in a leadership role focused on organizing chaos and fostering success. 
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, both domestic and international, for integration meetings.
