Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Cold Caller to drive prospect engagement and generate new business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling, email outreach, and lead qualification to build a strong sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to schedule qualification calls, follow up on prospects, and support the sales cycle from initial contact to close.

Core Tasks:

  • Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through cold-calling or email outreach

  • Assist the sales lead in performing regular followups to drive opportunities to close

  • Scrape leads and build contact lists using tools like Linkedin and Apollo

  • Schedule qualification calls as needed with the goal of booking calls

  • Manage contacts, paperwork, and followups throughout the deal stages

  • Track and report on key outreach and close metrics on a regular basis

  • Perform other tactical sales and sales-marketing related tasks as needed.



Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years experience in a phone outreach /  appointment setter role

  • Experience using Dialpad or similar phone outreach tool

  • Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quota in a sales outreach role

  • 1+ years experience using HubSpot (or similar tool) for contact / pipeline mgmt

  • Basic - intermediate Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline management and reporting

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Ability to work EST




Salary:

$500- 700
