Doctors are overworked, burnt out, and are quitting in masses.
At Freed, we combine clinician love with the latest AI tech and intense execution to create products that make clinicians happier.
Our first product is an AI scribe that automates medical documentation.
Since May of 2023, we have:
Acquired 20,000 paying and loving clinicians
Generate 70,000 patient notes daily and over 2 million monthly
With the backing of Sequoia Capital and other world-class VC’s, we are rapidly expanding our product offering. Patient-facing assistants, patient insights, EHR integrations, and other products are being built and used by thousands of clinicians every day.
We are looking for entrepreneurs. Fast, ambitious, and smart individuals who want to take care of the people who care for our health. Expect intense, clinician-focused, and interesting co-workers who want to win.
You’ll be part of the engine behind Freed’s internal and customer-facing operations. You’ll own the design, implementation, and maintenance of automations and AI-powered workflows that help scale our Sales, marketing, support, onboarding, CRM, finance operations and analytics. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies, build solutions fast, and continuously improve the infrastructure we rely on to serve thousands of clinicians every day. You will be reporting to the VP of Finance & Ops, and will collaborate closely with different stakeholders in the company.
We're looking for a creative systems thinker with deep automation experience, an obsession with simplicity, and strong ownership over impact. If you love making things run 10x smoother through elegant tech, this role is for you.
Architect and maintain key automations across business systems (HubSpot, Stripe, Customer.io, Intercom, internal tools, etc.)
Build robust data pipelines and operational workflows using tools like Make.com or n8n
Integrate with third-party APIs and build internal tooling to reduce manual work and increase visibility
Collaborate with GTM, Support, finance and product teams to rapidly prototype and ship solutions
Own operational reliability of critical workflows, ensure alerts, error-handling, and logging are set up for every automation
Proficiency in Make.com or equivalent tools like Zapier, n8n, or Workato
Strong experience integrating with REST APIs, handling auth flows, and transforming data using Python or JavaScript
Ability to independently debug, trace, and improve complex automation flows across multiple systems
Understanding of SaaS tool ecosystems including CRMs, marketing, billing, and support platforms
Experience building scalable, fault-tolerant operational systems with documentation and monitoring.
Experience building and managing a large number of automation workflows, ideally end-to-end, with clear evidence of primary ownership and implementation responsibility (not just collaborative support).
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including taking in and prioritizing automation requests from multiple teams, working closely with stakeholders to understand varied business domains, and designing workflows that are understandable, maintainable, and usable by others across the organization.
Experience with prompt engineering for language models
Exposure to RPA frameworks or internal platform engineering
