bout the Project

We’re undergoing a comprehensive GTM systems transformation and require a strategic thinker with technical depth to lead systems architecture across our revenue tech stack. This role is critical to ensuring integration, scalability, and alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success platforms.

Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Systems & Architecture Manager will own the roadmap, structure, and performance of our GTM systems. You’ll work across tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Webflow, and internal data infrastructure to streamline processes, support automation, and drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and manage integrations across the GTM systems stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, CMS tools, and other internal platforms).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Optimize end-to-end lead-to-revenue workflows and automation.

  • Identify system gaps and lead re-architecture efforts where needed.

  • Establish governance for data integrity, user access, and change control.

  • Provide technical oversight on vendor tools, APIs, and custom-built solutions.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or similar roles.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce and HubSpot ecosystems, including API-level integrations.

  • Proven experience designing and managing scalable RevOps architectures.

  • Strong experience with data structures, reporting tools, and system interconnectivity.

  • Ability to translate strategic GTM goals into actionable system initiatives.

Preferred Skills
  • Background in SaaS or high-growth B2B organizations.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Workato, Tray.io, or similar iPaaS solutions.

  • Experience managing cross-functional system implementation projects.

  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
