WestBridge Business Immigration is a rapidly growing, IAA-regulated legal consultancy specialising in business immigration. Founded by a former partner at a top 100 law firm, WestBridge is known for its high-quality, tailored advice to corporate and private clients.
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Immigration Lawyer or Consultant, with a strong focus on the Home Office’s sponsor licensing regime, to join our dynamic, fully remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of corporate and private clients.
- Handle a broad range of business immigration matters, including:
- Sponsor licence applications;
- Sponsor licence suspension and compliance advice;
- Sponsor licence audits;
- Skilled Worker visa applications;
- Ad hoc legal research and drafting of articles or media content.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor or IAA-accredited advisor (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business immigration gained at a Big 4, boutique IAA firm, or City law firm.
- Law degree preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the Skilled Worker route, including sponsor licence and Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) applications.
- Additional experience with Global Talent, Start-up, or Innovator routes is a strong advantage.
- A personal client following is a bonus, but not essential.
