Apply to become the next Consumer Relations and Resolution (CR&R) Specialist with our Covered California’s Service Center! Become a member of our CR&R Branch to help resolve high-profile, complex, and urgent escalations related to eligibility and enrollment.

How Will I Make an Impact?


As the CR&R Specialist, your main focus will be providing support to the branch managers by developing training for staff, analyzing data and preparing reports. You will also be helping to resolve complex and sensitive appeals and escalations cases by acting as a lead for the analysts on the team. You will have the opportunity to work directly with senior staff and high-level management to provide your input and recommendations on system and procedural improvements which help keep our program moving forward in a positive direction. This role also allows you to build upon your reporting, project management, and training skills, by creating various data-driven reports for management and developing and presenting training for the analysts. Salary:

$6,430.00 - $8,049.00 per Month

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

  • Experience/knowledge of public health, healthcare industry services, and programs
  • Experience in interpreting regulations and performing quality reviews or monitoring staff work for compliance
  • Experience analyzing, evaluating, and reporting on data
  • Experience in the development of training materials and procedure manuals
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences in presentations and in writing
