How Will I Make an Impact?
As the CR&R Specialist, your main focus will be providing support to the branch managers by developing training for staff, analyzing data and preparing reports. You will also be helping to resolve complex and sensitive appeals and escalations cases by acting as a lead for the analysts on the team. You will have the opportunity to work directly with senior staff and high-level management to provide your input and recommendations on system and procedural improvements which help keep our program moving forward in a positive direction. This role also allows you to build upon your reporting, project management, and training skills, by creating various data-driven reports for management and developing and presenting training for the analysts.
