Job description

We're seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead the implementation and onboarding of our SaaS solutions. You will be responsible for managing new client projects from initiation through to go-live, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery that aligns with customer expectations and internal standards. This role sits at the intersection of project management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic onboarding execution.

⭐️ Location: 100% Remote (Philippines-based)
⭐️ Schedule: Full-time, GMT hours (London)
⭐️ Role Type: Independent Contractor
⭐️ Starting Rate: ₱600/hour (starting, based on experience)

The company: Our client is an innovative UK-based SaaS startup.

What you’ll do: You will manage onboarding projects from initiation to go-live, work cross-functionally with internal teams, and act as the key customer-facing point during delivery. You'll bring a deep understanding of SaaS implementation, strong project management skills, and familiarity with supply chain, transportation, or logistics sectors.

  • Project Delivery Management: Plan, manage, and execute onboarding projects from start to finish, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Ops, and Engineering to align deliverables with client and business goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear, consistent updates and managing escalations.
  • Process Optimization: Maintain and enhance onboarding playbooks, SOPs, and documentation based on evolving product features and customer needs.
  • Customer Enablement: Lead onboarding sessions, deliver customer documentation, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience that drives adoption and satisfaction.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, report, and mitigate delivery risks and blockers to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Delivery: Track onboarding KPIs and project metrics using Excel, SQL, and internal tools; support reporting cadence and process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge Leadership: Mentor new team members, lead retrospectives, and drive improvements across the onboarding process.
  • Agile & Product Engagement: Participate in Agile planning sessions and provide feedback from onboarding to improve product features and implementation workflows.
  • Strategic Projects: Contribute to and lead delivery process improvement initiatives, cross-functional tooling upgrades, and customer experience enhancements.

About you:
✅ Legally eligible to work in PH as an Independent Contractor
✅ Strong fluency in written and verbal English
✅ You must have your own laptop / computer and secure, high speed, secure internet access
✅ 5+ years in a Project Management (preferably SaaS) or similar role; 
✅ PMP or equivalent certification required
Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL and Python 
✅ Experience working in a SaaS company with exposure to product development processes
✅ Familiarity with SaaS tools and cloud-based collaboration platforms such as Slack and Notion.
✅ Proven ability to work independently and coordinate across various business Functions.
✅ Industry experience: supply chain, transportation, freight and logistics (or similar) sectors

Bonus for:
