As a Technical Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top-tier engineering and product talent. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines. Your ability to identify, engage, and assess highly qualified candidates will be key to driving our hiring success.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Technical Sourcing, with a focus on identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent.
  • Proven track record of sourcing Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, or other relevant technical roles through various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, professional networks, etc.).
  • Experience with ATS such as Lever, Ashby, Greenhouse, etc
  • Exceptional communication skills – able to engage candidates effectively, build relationships, and represent the company professionally.
  • Tech-savvy and resourceful – proficient in sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Boolean search techniques.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation – takes ownership, meets deadlines, and goes the extra mile to find top talent.
  • Growth mindset – eager to learn, adapt, and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
  • Resilient and persistent – thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces challenges, and doesn’t give up easily.

  • Proactively source, engage, and vet highly qualified engineering and product candidates using various tools and techniques.
  • Manage candidates throughout the entire interview process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Clearly communicate role expectations, company opportunities, and interview process updates to candidates.
  • Maintain and continuously update the talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs.
