Head of Global Operational Excellence - Headquarters, Solar Energy Business

NEOSUN Energyis an international company developing and supplying commercial solar power plants and energy storage systems (ESS) with capacities from 200 kW to 10 MW for commercial and industrial projects worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Operational Director to join our global team. With our proven business track record and established methodologies, we aim to build a robust global operational structure. This role will involve overseeing business operations across multiple countries and ensuring consistent achievement of our business goals in international markets.

Area of responsibility:

• Global Operational Excellence: Take full responsibility for achieving operational excellence on a global scale.
• Business Plan Fulfillment: Ensure the successful fulfillment of the company's business plans.
• Operational Development: Lead the operational development, including the roll-out of new company branches in various regions, and build a robust structure for the Operational Global Team.
• Procurement & Optimization: Oversee procurement and installation processes, and explore opportunities for business optimization and cost-effectiveness.
• Performance Indicators: Achieve operational performance indicators through effective market operations and strong partner relationships.
• Brand Advocacy: Act as an advocate for the brand and company, fully immersing yourself in the product portfolio.
• Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry exhibitions, tradeshows, conferences, and relevant meetings as the leading company representative.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of operational management experience, preferably in solar energy or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing operational teams in international locations.
• Proven project management experience covering the entire business cycle.
• Extensive knowledge of modern operational management methodologies and ability to apply them into growing business.
• Ability to maintain the highest levels of operational partnerships, ethics, and integrity.
• Fluent or native English (C1+ proficiency).
• A university degree in a technical or engineering discipline is an advantage.
• Willingness to undertake frequent business trips to various business locations and headquarter.
