Job description

Join one of the leading AI Tech companies and be at the centre of innovation.

Who we are looking for:

Proximity Works helps clients identify impactful AI use cases, build transformative tech stacks, and integrate these seamlessly into their operations. Every day, we solve complex problems, push boundaries, and redefine what’s possible. As we scale new heights, we’re looking for a Growth Marketer who’s obsessed with experimentation, loves data, and thrives on driving scalable impact. You’ll be instrumental in designing and executing go-to-market strategies, amplifying our brand presence, and fueling user acquisition across all channels.

Who you are:

You’re not just a marketer—you’re a growth hacker with a toolkit of tactics and an eye on ROI. You combine creativity with analytics, bringing a bias for action and a hunger to test, learn, and optimize. You’re scrappy, resourceful, and can get things done—fast. You treat every campaign like a startup: built to win, ready to pivot.

What makes you a great fit:
  • Growth Mindset – You're curious, adaptable, and never satisfied with "good enough."
  • Hands-on Operator – You don’t just strategize—you build landing pages, run campaigns, and analyze dashboards.
  • T-shaped Marketer – Deep in performance and content, with a broad understanding of product-led growth, SEO, community, and brand.
  • Data-Literate – You know your CAC from your LTV and use data to validate every decision.
  • Creative & Analytical – You can write a killer hook and optimize ad performance in the same afternoon.
  • Automation-Obsessed – You hate repetitive tasks and love building systems that scale.
  • Strong Communicator – You craft crisp narratives that resonate with internal teams and external audiences alike.
  • Ownership Mentality – You don’t wait for permission—you see what needs to be done and dive in.
Bonus points if:
  • You’ve worked in an early-stage startup or agency environment.
  • You’ve managed a content or SEO team before.
  • You’re familiar with tools like Webflow, Notion, Zapier, Hubspot, Segment, and GA4.
  • You have experience running multi-channel campaigns with $10K+ monthly budgets.

What you will do:
  • Own the Growth Funnel – Drive acquisition, activation, and retention across digital and offline channels.
  • Run Experiments – Ideate, prioritize, and execute A/B tests across landing pages, emails, and ads.
  • Collaborate with Design & Product – Ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints and a seamless user journey.
  • Analyze & Optimize – Dive into metrics, user behavior, and conversion data to optimize performance.
  • Lead Content & SEO – Manage the blog, partner with thought leaders, and grow our organic footprint.
  • Drive Community Engagement – Launch initiatives that bring our audience together, from events to newsletters.
  • Report & Forecast – Present results clearly to the leadership team, identify what’s working, and double down.
What we’re looking for
  • 3–6 years of experience in a performance/growth marketing role.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results and scaling campaigns.
  • Ability to work in PT or EST time zones.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  • Remote Role – Fully remote, open to candidates across Latin America, South America, Eastern Europe and India. If you are based in Los Angeles or Mumbai, this may become a hybrid/in-person role.

This is not your average marketing gig.

It’s a high-impact, high-ownership opportunity where your work directly fuels the company’s growth. If you’re ready to push the envelope, take bold bets, and grow alongside a world-class team in AI—let’s build the future together.
