Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Architect to play a hands on role in a new, high growth practice area.
As a Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Architect you will be responsible for:
- Working directly with the Global HCM and EMC Practice leader to collaborate on and execute key practice initiatives, meet targeted financial, customer and practice goals
- Partnering with clients to develop an understanding of a client’s current state process and advise on future state recommendations based on Oracle’s leading business practices and the client’s program goals
- Leading detailed assessments, future state design sessions, design and build requirements, support development team and tasks, as well as the overall implementation approach
- Recommending road maps to close performance and process gaps and develop high level implementation plans and cost estimate models
- Gathering and analyzing detailed business requirements, strategic and operational program goals
- Aligning business requirements and leading practices to implement both a functional and technical solution that supports the client’s business goals
- Advising the client on how to best bring their HR and Talent processes to life within Oracle HCM Cloud suite of products and potentially edge solutions which may include both recommending new and refining existing business processes as well as collaborating with the Enterprise Change Management practice lead, creating a recommended change strategy for both immediate and long-term success
- Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property, including collaborating with cross functional internal Peloton practices as well as key Oracle HCM Cloud leadership
- Partnering with Peloton Industry and Practice Sales and Account Executives to build and shape key client business development opportunities
- Partnering with key Peloton stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of proposed HCM projects, which may include building key relationships across recruiting, technology support services, staffing, finance, application managed services and client success management
- Supporting HCM Practice growth initiatives which may include strategic recruiting, coaching, skill development and mentorship of global HCM team members
Required Experience & Skills:
- Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree or experience in Human Capital Management or Industrial Organizational Psychology, advanced MBA or MA degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with at least 5 years of Oracle Cloud HCM Solutions Architect, Solutions Consulting and/or Management Consulting implementation experience.
- Must have experience in full life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM across various modules such as, Core, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Talent, Workforce Compensation, Performance/Goals, Recruiting, Learning, HR Helpdesk acting as a Solution Architect, Program/Project Manager, or HCM Practice Leadership
- Experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM deployments, specifically Global Core HR, Workforce Management and Workforce Rewards, Talent and Performance, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, HR Service Delivery
- Minimum 7 years consulting on HCM systems architecture, integration and/or management consulting
- Certifications or ability to achieve current certifications in Oracle Cloud HCM
- Ability to quickly understand strategic business initiatives, understand key business metrics, HR business concepts, and apply to technology to help solve strategic workforce and business challenges
- Ability to lead a team, as well as being hands-on to assist in configuration and solution design as needed.
- Strong collaboration and partnership skills internally and with clients across multiple industries
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, thinking creatively to solve client business challenges
- Strong executive presence coupled with demonstrated ability to actively listen and read both verbal and non-verbal cues to establish and build critical client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to prepare and present executive level presentations is critical for success in this role
- Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients

- Must be willing to travel up to 50%
Additional Desired Skills:
- Experience with HR & Workforce compliance reporting and global compliance requirements (eg., GDPR and ITAR) preferred
- Understanding of and ability to advise on Talent, HR, and key Workforce data and analytics
- Experience working with senior HR, IT, and Finance leaders as well as payroll/finance, benefits, HR & Talent and data security operations
- Experience with leading onshore, nearshore and offshore hybrid teams in India and LATAM
