Support the development of a cohesive regional product strategy/roadmap based on competitive and customer analyses in coordination with Global Product Management.
Develop and lead product education processes and tools, customer proposals/presentations to improve the customer buying experience.
Support and educate direct and distribution sales teams on product development.
Develop competitive value propositions & differentiation strategies.
Execute the Palfinger “Voice of the Customer” process.
Scope and represent the customer requirements, market potential and competitive product pricing plans.
Develop and coordinate product launch plans.
Use a fact-based approach to develop forecasts of customer demand.
Partner with Marketing to develop the product promotional content and marketing messages.
Your Qaulifications
Minimum 3-5 years’ commercial truck or heavy equipment, product management experience.
Associate degree in business or related field.
Strong understanding of hydraulic equipment a plus.
Excellent written and oral English language skills.
Strong ability to influence others and get results.
A passion for learning, intercultural awareness, and a can-do attitude.
