Whether a start-up or an existing FX, CFD, or multi-asset broker, our client’s plug-and-play products ensure that daily operational requirements are met without compromise.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping the development and evolution of our fintech products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management for assigned fintech products and features, from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify market opportunities, user needs, and pain points.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user-centric design and championing customer needs throughout the product development process.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in the fintech space, incorporating insights into product strategy and planning.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers, fostering collaboration and driving alignment on product vision and priorities.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in product management roles within the fintech industry, with a successful track record of launching and managing digital products or platforms.
  • Deep understanding of fintech trends, technologies, and market dynamics, with a passion for innovation and disruption in financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product plans and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment, with a strong emphasis on rapid iteration, continuous delivery, and customer feedback.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and a willingness to take calculated risks to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
