This is a remote position.
Convert structured client intake data into accurate first-draft estate planning documents.
Assemble, edit, and refine templates using internal systems.
Proofread and finalize documents before submission.
Follow established workflows and checklists meticulously.
Maintain clear communication with team members via Slack and email.
Consistently meet daily output expectations (minimum 2+ accurate drafts/day).
Ensure all work aligns with legal standards and client requirements.
Fluent spoken and written English (will be evaluated).
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and systems-based workflows.
Strong work ethic and full ownership of outcomes.
Availability to work 50β60 hours per week.
Stable high-speed internet, modern computer setup, and a distraction-free environment.
Able to handle feedback, iterate quickly, and remain dependable under pressure.
Previous experience drafting legal documents or working in estate planning preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
High output capacity and ability to work independently.
Experience using remote collaboration tools and document editing software.
