About the Client: A US based Data consulting firm.
About the Role: HR Manager
Were looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager with a strong track record in People & Culture, Learning & Development, Technical and Senior-Level Recruitment, and Organizational Development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in establishing HR functions from the ground up, particularly within fast-paced startup environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead people & culture initiatives to build a strong, inclusive workplace.
Design and implement L&D programs and leadership development plans.
Manage end-to-end technical and senior-level recruitment.
Drive organizational development, performance management, and change initiatives.
Set up and scale HR processes, systems, and policies in a startup setting.
Requirements:
5+ years of diverse HR experience.
Proven track record in senior technical hiring and org development.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Experience working in or building HR teams in startups.
Other Details:
Working timings: 3pm - 12am (Mon - Fri)
Salary: Market competitive
