The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced organizational leader to build and manage our financial technology operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial technology, operations management, and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
How You Will Make an Impact:
· Lead and manage the financial technology operations team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services, data, and quality reporting.
· Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the financial technology department, including transaction processing verification, accounting data reconciliation, and internal support of our Treasury, Capital Markets, and Accounting teams.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards including local regulatory reporting.
· Manage relationships with external financial institutions' operations teams to ensure high-quality service and data delivery.
· Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.
What You Bring to the Team:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial technology operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
· Strong understanding of financial technology systems, processes, and best practices.
· Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to financial technology.
· Experience with supply chain financing principles
· Familiarity with automation tools and technologies.
· Strong project management skills.
