We’re a U.S.-based immigration law firm seeking a Virtual HR Recruiter/Manager who can wear multiple hats—recruiting top-tier talent, shaping internal policies, streamlining onboarding processes, and helping us scale with confidence.

🔹 Role: HR Operations Adminstrator

🔹 Location: Philippines (Remote)
🔹 Hours: U.S. EST (Full-Time Preferred)
🔹 Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring legal and administrative staff

  • Create detailed job descriptions and offer letters aligned with U.S. labor laws

  • Build candidate pipelines and optimize ATS tools

HR Compliance & Policy Development

  • Draft and maintain compliant HR policies, employee handbooks, and legal hiring protocols

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. federal/state regulations (e.g., FLSA, EEOC, I-9, FMLA)

Onboarding & Internal Systems

  • Build and oversee structured onboarding and training cycles

  • Create SOPs for employee roles, performance evaluations, and HR documentation

  • Help standardize internal workflows, time tracking, vacation policies, and performance reviews

Law Firm Operations Support

  • Collaborate with leadership on staffing plans and strategic HR development

  • Assist with payroll coordination, timekeeping, and employee satisfaction programs

  • Support the development of a scalable firm culture and retention-focused systems

What You Bring to the Table
  • 3–5 years in HR/recruitment (preferably with U.S.-based clients or legal industry)

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor regulations and HR best practices

  • Experience creating HR policies, onboarding programs, and internal systems

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication

  • Proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and self-directed

  • Bonus: Familiarity with U.S. law firms, SHRM-CP/PHR certification, or tools like Gusto, Asana, or ClickUp
