About the Role:

This role reports to the Director of Technology Services and Applications and is responsible for the execution of projects that may encompass configuration, customization, and

implementation of Salesforce applications and 3rd party integrations. Additional responsibilities will include maintenance of and collaboration with internal stakeholders and team members to build innovative solutions that support business objectives, strategies, and processes for continuous improvement. A successful Salesforce Administrator will exemplify and champion our client’s values of providing quality service and recommendations to all associates and clients.

Work hours: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Work set-up: Remote


What you’ll do:

● Administration of Salesforce to support business needs and growth by maximizing the use of Salesforce features and efficiencies and implementing and configuring system upgrades.

● Reviewing and analyzing current Salesforce processes with intentions to implement change management initiatives that will improve the user experience and increase productivity.

● Analyzing, designing, and/or implementing innovative solutions to support new business requirements and requests by internal stakeholders for new and existing applications systems.

● Maintaining subject matter expertise by keeping abreast of industry best practices and new Salesforce features and functionality. Will provide recommendations for process improvements and methods of new efficiencies gained through new features and updates to the Salesforce platform.

● Building and maintaining documentation on the current state of our Salesforce Org, processes, security, objects, fields, flows, etc.

● Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, flows, and other routine tasks.

● Support end-users with technical support and training Consult with company-wide, internal stakeholders on new requirements and optimization of existing capabilities.

● Conduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing, and implementation of current and new software support systems across functional areas.

● Document Salesforce requirements in a clear and unambiguous manner: complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, and traceable.
