🛠️ Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Lead – GPU & AI Infrastructure to drive revenue growth, lead enterprise engagements, and build our early sales engine. As a core member of the business team, you will be responsible for closing strategic deals with AI companies and compute-heavy organizations looking to train and deploy cutting-edge models on decentralized, GPU-powered infrastructure. This role combines direct sales execution with strategic influence on our go-to-market and product roadmap, and is ideal for a high-agency individual who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.

🎯 Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and growing long-term partnerships.

  • Identify high-value opportunities with AI startups, research labs, and enterprises scaling AI workloads.

  • Position Yotta Labs as a long-term infrastructure partner for LLM, ML, and high-performance compute use cases.

  • Develop outbound strategies and work closely with marketing to create collateral, events, and campaigns targeting high-potential customers.

  • Navigate complex technical and commercial conversations, collaborating with engineering and product teams to meet customer requirements.

  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and ARR targets, contributing to the growth of a repeatable and scalable sales motion.

  • Represent Yotta Labs at industry conferences, online forums, and customer meetings to grow our presence in the AI infrastructure ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in enterprise sales or business development in cloud infrastructure, AI compute, or a related technical domain.

  • Strong understanding of GPU cloud providers, AI/ML workflows, and the compute requirements of modern AI applications.

  • Demonstrated ability to close complex B2B deals and grow accounts in high-growth or technical markets.

  • Deep network in the AI and/or cloud infrastructure ecosystem with an ability to initiate and nurture executive-level relationships.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; comfort working directly with technical and business stakeholders.

  • Highly self-motivated, with strong execution skills and the ability to operate autonomously in a startup environment.

🌟 Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience working at a GPU cloud company, AI infrastructure startup, or cloud hyperscaler.

  • Familiarity with decentralized compute, container orchestration, and AI developer tooling.

  • Experience working with AI research teams or MLOps engineering groups.

  • Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
