About the Role:

Arrises’s Junior Counsel Brasil assists the Latam hub’s legal department in providing corporate legal services such as commercial consulting, contract drafting and risk assessment throughout all Latam’s operations. This is a junior position reporting to Latam’s legal manager.

What You Will Be Doing:

Drafting all types of tech-based agreements and legal documents (License of IP, SaaS, software provision, NDA’s etc.)
Following up on multi-national regulation and staying abreast with upcoming norms in Latam.
Aiding with local regulatory authorities for the development of a live casino studio
Assisting in building a scalable foundation for Brazil’s live casino studio including developing templates, processes, dealing with custom agencies, employees, etc.
Maintaining record of local and global policies and procedures and uphold them internally.
