Qualifications –
- Fresh graduate from top private or public university (fe-ma-le*)
- We don’t care about CGPA
- BBA (Marketing) / English / CSE / Other Engineering or Fundamental Science Related Subject
- Top-notch in English writing, speaking (English Medium Background Preferred)
- Ability to write content without using AI, best knowledge to use AI
- Capabilities for working under pressure
- Self Starter – We need an Entrepreneurial mind not just an employee
- Quick learner and DIY approach
Key Responsibilities –
- Answering customer questions through our various channels
- Paid advertising (Google and Meta) monitoring and reporting
- Email, WhatsApp, SMS Marketing for new and old customer
- Cold calling for new prospects
- Video meeting for customer consultation
- Social media marketing and helping the SEO and SMM team
- Lead Generation and helping lead generation team
- Basic Graphics Design (Familiar with Adobe Photoshop / Canva)
Eligibility Test – 3 Steps ( Discussion, Written / Assignment, Viva)
Salary & Others –
- Hourly Salary
- Paid Internship for Fresh Graduate
- Internship Period 3/4 Months (Depends on performance)
- Employee monitoring software will track daily task
- 8 Hours Daily, Office time 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm (1 hour break)
- Weekend: Friday – Saturday
