The successful candidate will be responsible for completing monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping engagements using cloud-based accounting program. Ad-hoc projects such as general ledger typing, financial statement preparation, and financial analysis commentary will be assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 4-year bachelor degree in Accounting and Business Administration
Professional accounting certification is a plus
Must have experience working with web-based accounting programs such as: Quickbooks Online, Xero etc.
Minimum 3 years experience working in a full-time accounting or bookkeeping role
Must have superior English written and verbal communication skills
Must have worked in a paperless environment with strong process flow
Proven problem-solving skills. Proven on-point communication and client service skills
Must have strong business acumen and has the desire to grow within a fast-growing game changing firm
Must have access to high-speed, reliable and consistent internet connection
Must adhere to firm privacy policies at all times
