Job description

This is a remote position.

We are hiring a Salesforce Technical Lead to take ownership of technical delivery and architecture across Salesforce Sales Cloud projects. You will lead a team of developers and act as the go-to technical expert for Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.

As the Technical Lead, you will drive the end-to-end solutioning process — from requirements analysis and architecture design to sprint delivery and deployment. You’ll oversee code quality, enforce best practices, and guide team members through technical reviews and planning. You’ll be responsible for integration with external systems, building scalable data models, and implementing reusable, modular code.

Your leadership will directly shape delivery velocity and system integrity. You’ll liaise with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and QA to ensure delivery consistency and technical feasibility. This is a highly impactful, hands-on leadership position offering broad visibility across a global program.

Requirements
  • 6–10 years Salesforce experience, with minimum 2 years in a Tech Lead role
  • Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
  • Experience in integration using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Skilled in managing deployments with Git and CI/CD tools like Copado
  • Ability to lead a team in an Agile setting (Scrum)
  • Experience reviewing technical designs and refactoring legacy code
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Mandatory Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Preferred: Platform Developer II, Application Architect

Benefits
  • Work on enterprise-scale transformation projects
  • Remote/hybrid flexibility
  • Access to certification sponsorship and learning platforms
  • Opportunity to shape system architecture at scale
