Experience in enterprise networking, ISP, or large-scale MDU or hospitality infrastructure support., Hands-on experience with Ruckus and Aruba networking equipment., Strong understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts., Certifications such as RCNA, ACSA, CCNA, or CompTIA Network+ are a plus..
Key responsabilities:
Receive and respond to calls from hotel and MDU staff regarding network issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware failures remotely.
Provide support for Wi-Fi configuration and captive portal troubleshooting.
Direct field engineers and ensure effective communication with clients.
