As a Sr. Commercial Manager, Training, Simulation and Digital you will meet sales targets for our Training and Resource Services (TRS) business segment. You will increase sales performance, managing a sales team, and developing strategies to meet Orders Entered (OE) targets for the business segment. You will oversee sales operations, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting a positive team environment.

You will report to the VP Commercial, LTO Americas and will be remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead capture strategy for opportunities including identifying bundling opportunities, cross coordination of products to present customer-oriented solutions, and collaborate with Customer Solutions Managers and Account Managers to define target price and target costs.
  • Responsible for negotiations with the client until final contract signature, ensuring teamwork and understanding of all relevant WEC teammates including Account Managers, Product Management, Legal, Finance, and supporting organizations.
  • Lead the opportunity development sales funnel process from identification through offer development and contract closure.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Experience working at or with nuclear utilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
