As a Sr. Commercial Manager, Training, Simulation and Digital you will meet sales targets for our Training and Resource Services (TRS) business segment. You will increase sales performance, managing a sales team, and developing strategies to meet Orders Entered (OE) targets for the business segment. You will oversee sales operations, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting a positive team environment.
You will report to the VP Commercial, LTO Americas and will be remote.
Key Responsibilities
Lead capture strategy for opportunities including identifying bundling opportunities, cross coordination of products to present customer-oriented solutions, and collaborate with Customer Solutions Managers and Account Managers to define target price and target costs.
Responsible for negotiations with the client until final contract signature, ensuring teamwork and understanding of all relevant WEC teammates including Account Managers, Product Management, Legal, Finance, and supporting organizations.
Lead the opportunity development sales funnel process from identification through offer development and contract closure.
Qualifications:
7+ years experience
Bachelor Degree
Experience working at or with nuclear utilities.
Ability to travel up to 50%
