Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to work closely with global onboarding product owners to ensure the consistency in the build and deployment of knowledge content, virtual assistance, search functionalities, and translations on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, Employee Journeys, VA/AI Search, and Knowledge Management. This role requires a combination of strong technical acumen and exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with global onboarding product owners to ensure consistent development and deployment of knowledge content and virtual assistance features on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Analyze and document business requirements for knowledge management, VA/AI search functionalities, and translation needs.
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, ensuring optimal use of out-of-the-box (OOTB) user experience capabilities.
  • Simplify and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment.
  • Participate in agile development processes, utilizing tools like ServiceNow Agile 2.0 to manage and track project progress.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and configurations.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge content, virtual assistance, search functionalities, and translations.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of deployed solutions to ensure consistency and compliance with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations and deployments.

Qualifications:
  • Permanent Resident Card or American Citzenship 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role focusing on the ServiceNow platform, specifically in HRSD, Employee Journeys, VA/AI Search, Knowledge Management, and translations.
  • Proven experience in configuring and maintaining ServiceNow, with a deep understanding of its out-of-the-box (OOTB) user experience capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and simplified manner to non-technical audiences.
  • Solid experience in agile development environments, with familiarity using agile tools like ServiceNow Agile 2.0.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detailed and solution-oriented approach to project management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
