Our client, a global healthcare company, seeks an SAP Change Management Consultant who's responsibilities will include driving the Change Experience & Communications work streams for the Companies top Business Technology initiatives, including the company's migration from ecc6 to S/4 Hana.
Candidates must be located in the EST or CT time zone and work EST hours.
Job Requirements:
Build a strong network across Global, Cluster, and Local teams, to successfully implement change for key programs
Lead workshops on SAP S/4 role mapping to support the future org design
Work with program leaders and other senior executives to create and implement change strategies that drive colleague behavior and alignment with the company's vision and values
Effectively engage key stakeholders with organizational change initiatives to meet program objectives, initially for a migration from SAP ecc6 to S/4 Hana, and expanding to other programs
Establish and lead a cross-functional community of change agents that will serve as the company's Change Network
Survey, analyze, and visual data to monitor stakeholder readiness and propose strategies, as required
Design program communication strategies for the duration of the program (internal to program, external with business)
Develop the Program-level communication plans, and ensure creation and execution of functional, regional, and local communication plans as needed
Manage multi-modal communication channels and develop key messaging and themes
Align the organization’s competency and skills framework and model based on new requirements to ensure workforce readiness for new systems and system upgrades
Develop and manage program-specific training strategies including budget and training plans, content development, delivery, and assessment measures
Manage all local labor requirements and participate in discussions related to the operating model and program process changes, partnering with local HR
Manage internal and external organizational change management resources
Requirements
7 + years experience in Change Management
SAP experience
Training Experience (LMS, scheduling, surveys)
Change Management on large transformational projects
Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering results, and successfully sustaining change with high complexity
Organizational learning methodologies, including adult learning theory
Instructional design
