Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end SAP TRM implementations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, configuring SAP TRM modules to meet business needs effectively.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions that align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower end-users and stakeholders with the necessary skills to utilize SAP TRM functionalities efficiently.
• Prepare functional specifications and configuration documents, collaborate with developers for ABAP work, and ensure successful completion of unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide go-live support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensure smooth transition to post-implementation support teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in areas such as Fixed Deposit, Facilities, Trade Finance, Intercompany Funding, Credit Risk Analyzer, Foreign Exchange & Derivatives, Hedge Management, Exposure Management, Securities, and Cash Management.

Technical Skills:

• Professional accounting qualification: CA/CPA or equivalent accounting degree.
• SAP Certification in FSCM, Treasury & Risk Management, and FI-BL.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end implementation of FSCM, Treasury & Risk Management, and preferably some degree of FI/CO implementation experience.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP TRM functionalities, including Fixed Deposit, Facilities, Trade Finance, Intercompany Funding, Credit Risk Analyzer, Foreign Exchange & Derivatives, Hedge Management, Exposure Management, Securities, and Cash Management.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials.
• Strong coordination skills to liaise effectively with developers, testers, and other project stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural and multinational environment.
