We’re looking for a confident and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to take charge of the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and love building client relationships that convert, this role is for you. You’ll be making outbound calls and using tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and HubSpot to connect with potential clients, introduce our services, and turn interest into signed deals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals
  • Generate leads and build prospect lists using tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and Salesforce
  • Conduct 150–200 outbound cold calls daily to engage potential clients and promote our services
  • Track all sales activity accurately using CRM tools to maintain organized, real-time data
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine your approach and increase conversion rates
  • Consistently follow up with leads to build strong relationships and guide them through the pipeline
  • Share market insights with the marketing team to support smarter lead generation campaigns


What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven success in outbound sales, cold calling, or telemarketing roles
  • Experience handling the full sales cycle, including closing
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls (150–200 per day)
  • Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
  • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer


Technical Requirements:

  • Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
  • Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
  • Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
