Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Account Executives to join our team. As an Account Executive at Endeavor Business Media, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving team and make a significant impact on our growth.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Work with all current clients to maximize their spend with assigned brands
  • Develop new business by actively researching and canvasing prospects
  • Create detailed proposals to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment
  • Be a visible ambassador for the brands the client represents
  • Maintain company KPI/goals for sales activity/engagement
  • Identify company cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts/discussions
  • Spend time directly in contact with clients and prospects on phone, video conference, trade shows or office visits
  • Leverage our CRM and sales enablement platform to manage workflow (i.e., create insertions orders, client notes/updates, track email, etc.)
  • Continually engage existing contacts/accounts while driving engagement with new prospects via all channels (i.e., email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.)
  • Communicate with Sales Director regularly to discuss sales objectives and needs


Core Competencies:

  • Clear, concise communication Presentation skills are critical
  • Understands and utilizes a consultative selling approach
  • Ability to counter objections seamlessly
  • Self-starter, able to manage book of business/territory and identify areas of opportunity


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management in the industries we serve
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years media sales


Special Job Dimensions:

  • Up to 20% business travel, which includes air travel
  • Valid Driver’s License

For this position, the salary range is typically between $40,000 and $80,000 annually.


If you are hired for this position at Endeavor, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years’ experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
