Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients regarding subscription services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with subscription inquiries, billing questions, and account management.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding queries.
  • Educate clients about service features, benefits, and policy changes.
  • Conduct outreach to subscribers for feedback and suggestions to improve service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the product team to address customer needs and improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in subscription-based or membership services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer queries.
  • Flexibility to work on varied shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
