📢 Customer Success Specialist (Contract) – 100% Remote

Come join the Customer Success team! We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to focus on Stage 2 Matching which connects home buyers and sellers with top-tier real estate agents. In this role, you'll handle inbound agent matching requests, call agents to pitch them leads, and ultimately connect customers to the best agents for their needs.

This position is remote and based outside of the United States. We’re looking for someone available to work 40 hours per week, following a consistent schedule of five workdays with 8.5-hour shifts (including a 30-minute break).

This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a remote environment, enjoys detail-oriented work, and is motivated to match customers with the right agents from our network.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming agent connection requests and match customers with the most suitable agents based on their needs.
  • Place outbound calls to Clever partner agents: pitch customer opportunities, address objections, and secure their engagement.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while delivering excellent experiences for both customers and agents.

🗓 Schedule
  • Contract position at a fixed rate of $715 USD semi-monthly ($8.25/hour).

  • No benefits, as this is a contractor role.

  • Schedule to be filled: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST

  • Your schedule will remain the same each week
