Acronym is seeking a Senior Digital Analyst, Contractor to join our Analytics & Optimization team. This team member will work closely with a small team of Analytics Architects, Analysts, and Engineers to produce and present insightful & articulate analyses and performance reporting. This senior role will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing expert guidance on web performance, tool utilization, and project timelines. The successful candidate will utilize business & marketing knowledge and problem solving & analytical skills to learn how things work – and make them work better!

Your responsibilities will include…

· Performing strategic analyses of web, app, and marketing activity data, using AI and ML tools as appropriate, to solve challenges and identify opportunities relating to website performance, customer intent, and marketing campaign performance. You will be spotting meaningful trends, identifying drivers and root-causes, and conducting gap analyses to ultimately provide actionable recommendations based on this data.

· Supporting and driving Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and personalization strategies to enhance user experiences and maximize client outcomes.

· Collaborating internally to ensure that deliverable schedules are met while proactively communicating with client stakeholders to manage expectations and build strong relationships.

· Developing and presenting clear, concise, and compelling data stories through insightful reports and interactive dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau). You will translate complex analyses of large and diverse datasets into actionable recommendations for both marketing and technical audiences, ensuring key takeaways are easily understood.

· Developing and presenting in-depth marketing channel performance analyses and comprehensive competitive landscape assessments.

· Helping Clients and internal stakeholders utilize their web analytics toolsets better. This will include answering data & reporting-related questions, assisting in the configuration of Analytics tools, and providing strategic recommendations to Clients on tool usage.

· Staying on top of the latest industry best practices, trends, and offerings to share both internally and externally.

You should have …

· Demonstrated success in client-facing environments, possessing exceptional communication, collaboration, critical thinking, active listening, strategic planning, and project management skills. You thrive in a fast-paced digital agency setting, consistently delivering outstanding results and proactively addressing the dynamic challenges of the digital landscape.

· 7+ years of progressive experience in Digital Analytics, with a strong and demonstrable track record of at least four years of hands-on experience using Adobe

Analytics. Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner Certification is preferred, or ability to receive within three months from start date.

· Exceptional written, verbal, data visualization, and presentation skills. with a proven ability to create compelling data visualizations and deliver impactful presentations that clearly articulate insights and drive action.

· Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, PowerBI, and Tableau. The reports you develop are insightful and effectively communicate performance to identify opportunities.

· Demonstrated experience in supporting or leading Personalization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives, including the strategic development of testing roadmaps and the application of A/B testing methodologies and analysis. You possess the ability to both strategically plan and analyze the impact of these initiatives on user engagement and conversion.

· Above average Excel skills. You appreciate vlookups but know your way around other indexing formulas (or have a desire to learn!). You must be able to debug existing templates and formulas.

· Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a proven ability to independently tackle complex analytical challenges and develop innovative solutions.

· Paid media and/or telecomm, hospitality, or eCommerce industry experience are highly preferred.

· An eye for quality control and is exactingly detail oriented.

It would be great if you have …

· Previous media agency experience or has worked in an environment similar to an agency where you are reporting to multiple stakeholders on a regular basis.

· Experience in actively applying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) concepts and tools to real-world digital analytics challenges, demonstrating tangible results.

· Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression, clustering) and their application in a marketing and analytics context.

· Experience managing work: account management and project management skills are preferred. You are task-oriented, disciplined, and able to manage concurrent, competing priorities across Clients from start to finish.

· Experience with 3rd party tools such as Search Monitor, SEMrush, Sensor Tower, Google Trends, Alexa, or other competitive analysis tools.

· Analytics Debugging experience (leveraging tools like Omnibug and Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger) to inspect on-page data collection.
