U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Data Entry Analyst to join our Court Reporting Operations team! This role is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong typing skills, and a passion for accuracy. As a Data Entry Analyst, you’ll help manage and process scheduling requests, ensuring our legal services operate smoothly and efficiently.

📍 Location: Remote - California
🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Data Entry Analyst Job Functions:

  • Process client scheduling requests for depositions, hearings, and trials

  • Enter new and rescheduled job requests into our internal database (SPOT)

  • Set up direct billing for insurance carriers

  • Manage Portal and Hopper Requests

  • Review requests for missing or incomplete information and follow up with clients

  • Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies

  • Maintain compliance with data integrity and security standards

  • Respond to internal and external queries with professionalism and accuracy

  • Support the team with other tasks as needed

Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant work experience. Experience in litigation support is not required but is considered a valuable plus.
