Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Mon - Thu, 9 AM - 2 PM (PST) Los Angeles

Total weekly hours: 20 hours


This is an exciting opportunity for a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to shape the digital narrative of a leading creative agency. You’ll have the unique advantage of working with premium content, transforming high-end creative projects into engaging social media stories. This role offers the perfect blend of content curation and original storytelling, allowing you to showcase stunning portfolio work while developing thought leadership content that positions the agency as an industry leader. You’ll have creative freedom to develop platform-specific strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, collaborating directly with a team that produces world-class creative content.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive social media strategy and growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Curate and optimize existing portfolio content (75% focus), adapting high-end creative work for social media engagement.

  • Create original behind-the-scenes content (25% focus) to showcase agency culture and expertise.

  • Develop and implement platform-specific content strategies that align with business goals.

  • Manage community engagement and foster meaningful interactions with followers.

  • Create compelling thought leadership content to establish industry authority.

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and growth.

  • Identify and capitalize on trending topics and engagement opportunities.

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to access and optimize content for social media.


Requirements:
  • Proven track record in social media management and content strategy.

  • Portfolio required.

  • Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok best practices and algorithms.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation and social media growth success.

  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting.

  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for social media content creation.

  • Excellence in copywriting and content adaptation.

  • Understanding of B2B marketing in the creative industry.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Experience growing professional service accounts on social media.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to align with US time zone (PST) working hours.
