Curate and optimize existing portfolio content (75% focus), adapting high-end creative work for social media engagement.
Create original behind-the-scenes content (25% focus) to showcase agency culture and expertise.
Develop and implement platform-specific content strategies that align with business goals.
Manage community engagement and foster meaningful interactions with followers.
Create compelling thought leadership content to establish industry authority.
Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and growth.
Identify and capitalize on trending topics and engagement opportunities.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
Collaborate with the creative team to access and optimize content for social media.
Proven track record in social media management and content strategy.
Portfolio required.
Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok best practices and algorithms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation and social media growth success.
Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for social media content creation.
Excellence in copywriting and content adaptation.
Understanding of B2B marketing in the creative industry.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
