Requirements
About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligent Automation Business Analyst with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to partner with our financial services clients. The ideal candidate will drive value by optimizing and automating business processes through the strategic use of cutting-edge automation technologies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI Builder to deliver intelligent automation solutions.

  • Conduct end-to-end process assessments to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

  • Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose fit-for-purpose automation solutions.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and document current and future state processes.

  • Design and implement scalable and efficient automation solutions using best practices and vendor-specific standards.

  • Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of automation workflows and ensure robust documentation.

  • Perform root cause analysis and resolution of issues arising from automation processes.

  • Define and communicate RPA technical infrastructure requirements.

  • Work within agile frameworks and contribute to planning, estimation, and sprint activities as a Scrum team member.

  • Assist operational teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-deployment phases.


Key Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder).

  • Strong understanding of intelligent automation technologies and their scalable implementation.

  • Experience with process analysis, documentation, and re-engineering.

  • Familiarity with OCR, Process Mining, and other supporting technologies.

  • Proven ability to identify and eliminate process waste prior to automation.

  • Experience in creating Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and technical documentation.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of API-first development principles and workflow-based automation.

Desirable:

  • Advanced Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-500, PL-600).

  • Experience in financial services automation projects.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

  • Exposure to other automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).

  • Familiarity with programming languages such as VBA, .NET, or Python.

  • Lean Six Sigma skills or accreditation.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

  • Background in back-office servicing processes and Business Process Management (BPM).

  • Experience in solution architecture and automation strategy development.
