We are currently searching for a L2 Support Java:

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve L2 incidents (bug fixes, minor enhancements).
  • Collaborate with L3 teams on Incident/Problem Management.
  • Document and escalate issues via Jira/ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Java development and L2 production support.
  • Proficiency in Java Core, SQL, Unix scripting.
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes and ITIL frameworks.
  • Advanced Oral English.
