As a pricing manager in our Commercial Lines – Fleet and Specialty Programs organization, you’ll lead a team of pricing analysts. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Underwriting, Corporate Actuarial, Claims, and Product teams to drive data-driven decisions and improve profitability and market competitiveness. Additionally, you’ll develop and advance pricing models, analyze market trends, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Remote work allowed.

Must-have Qualifications

  • A minimum of eight years analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting), with at least two years leadership experience (e.g., supervisory/management role).
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field of study (e.g., Economics, Statistics) and a minimum of five years property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting), with at least two years leadership experience (e.g., supervisory/management role).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Property and Casualty Pricing and/or Reserving
  • Proven proficiency in writing queries and statistical computing
  • Successful track record of leading groups and developing others
  • Critical thinking capabilities and ability to see big picture
  • Outstanding communication skills, with great collaboration and influencing skills

Compensation

  • $100,100 - $143,000 /year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
