As a pricing manager in our Commercial Lines – Fleet and Specialty Programs organization, you’ll lead a team of pricing analysts. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Underwriting, Corporate Actuarial, Claims, and Product teams to drive data-driven decisions and improve profitability and market competitiveness. Additionally, you’ll develop and advance pricing models, analyze market trends, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Must-have Qualifications

A minimum of eight years analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting), with at least two years leadership experience (e.g., supervisory/management role).
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field of study (e.g., Economics, Statistics) and a minimum of five years property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting), with at least two years leadership experience (e.g., supervisory/management role).

Preferred Skills

Experience in Property and Casualty Pricing and/or Reserving
Proven proficiency in writing queries and statistical computing
Successful track record of leading groups and developing others
Critical thinking capabilities and ability to see big picture
Outstanding communication skills, with great collaboration and influencing skills

Compensation

$100,100 - $143,000 /year
Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
