Associate eDiscovery Technologist (Remote)

Job Description

KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking an Associate eDiscovery Technologist for an exciting new opportunity.

As Associate eDiscovery Technologist on our Product and Machine Learning Team, you will provide implementation and ongoing support to clients utilizing a wide array of analytics tools including Nebula, Predictive Coding (Technology Assisted Review), Workflow (automated review batching), and Brainspace. Engagements include working directly with our clients, Project Managers, and other internal departments to design and implement solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support and service to external clients including but not limited to the installation, configuration, access, use, and troubleshooting of KLDiscovery applications, with a focus on Workflow/Automated Review, Predictive Coding (PC), Relativity analytics and Brainspace
• Compile and deliver progress and efficacy reporting for Predictive Coding, under the supervision of senior members of the eDiscovery Technology team.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external clients to successfully accomplish technical support objectives portraying knowledge and confidence
• Effectively track progress and communicate with internal team members to transition tasks and statuses daily.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of document review management, litigation support or other legal industry experience with proficiency in Nebula, Relativity, and other document review platforms. Experience in Brainspace, Relativity analytics and Predictive Coding preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, communication and problem-solving skills; ability to proactively resolve technical issues with eDiscovery and/or KLDiscovery applications
• Apply the knowledge and skills required to perform at the highest level to service our clients
