What you will do:
The talented and driven Videographer & Content Creator is crucial to capturing our unique culture, showcasing our agents, and producing high-quality content that supports our growth and brand presence. Essentially the role will manage end-to-end video production (planning, filming, editing, delivery) and travel to various locations on a regular basis around the UK to shoot and edit engaging videos for both internal and external use.

Content Planning & Collaboration
● Work closely with the Growth and Marketing teams to brainstorm ideas, review briefs, and align on messaging for upcoming video projects to bring campaigns and creative ideas to life
● Plan storyboards, scripts, and shot lists for agent interviews, event coverage, or social campaigns
On-Site Filming
● Travel to eXp UK events or agent locations to film real-time localised, authentic video content and footage—this could be a high-energy company conference, a local agent spotlight, or
behind-the-scenes content.
● Capture a variety of footage styles: interviews, b-roll, drone shots, testimonials, etc.
Handle camera setup, lighting, sound, and general on-location directing.
Post-Production & Editing
● Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos using appropriate software.
● Add music, motion graphics, captions, transitions, and branding elements.
● Create multiple versions optimised for different platforms—YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and internal portals.
Content Distribution Support
● Collaborate with Marketing to schedule and publish videos in line with campaign timelines.
● Export and format videos according to specs for each platform.
● Tag and organise all video content in a centralised library for easy reuse by different teams.
Ongoing Improvement
● Stay up to date with video trends on social media and industry best practices.
● Test and refine creative approaches—e.g., try new editing styles, formats, or storytelling techniques.
● Maintain and manage camera gear, lighting kits, gimbals, microphones, etc.

● Storytelling mindset – turning everyday moments into meaningful brand stories.
● Agility – able to travel, shoot in various environments, and switch quickly between projects.
● People skills – making agents feel comfortable on camera, building trust quickly.
● Brand awareness – knowing how to visually reflect the culture and energy of eXp UK.
● Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 3
years, or a Master’s degree or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Working Conditions:
Remote Location: This position allows you to work from any location with a stable internet connection in the UK. You will need to provide your own suitable workspace and internet access. Sedentary work.
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
Work Hours: While there is flexibility in work hours, you will be expected to maintain regular availability during designated core hours for collaboration, meetings, and communication with the team. Outside of core hours, you can schedule your work to accommodate personal commitments or preferences, as long as it does not compromise project deadlines or team collaboration.
Equipment and Expenses: You will be responsible for maintaining a company computer, internet connection, and other necessary equipment. Any work-related expenses will be discussed and agreed upon in advance with the company.
Company Meetings: Occasionally, you may be required to attend in-person meetings or training sessions at the company's headquarters or other designated locations. Prior notice will be provided, and any associated expenses will be covered by the company.
