Position Overview

RecruitGo is in search of an Account Executive based in Indonesia. The Management Accountant & Administration Manager is responsible for the successful administration of the Indonesian representative office of Laverton Cold Storage (LCS). In addition, the Management Accountant & Administration Manager will provide support to the Australian CFO and both guidance and support to the Indonesian representative office administration team. The position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, self‐motivation and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Assistance for Australian CFO.  
    • Projects as directed by the CFO.
    • Monthly reporting package design and preparation (using MYOB and Fathom).
    • Daily bank account allocations and reconciliation.
    • Review of accounts receivable ledger.
    • Preparation of monthly creditor payment runs.
  • Backup for Administration team in Jakarta:
    • Payables – when required enter invoices into MYOB and combine invoices with supporting documentation.
    • Payables – review all invoices entered by Jakarta team ensuring appropriate approval and coding in accordance with Chart of Accounts.
    • Receivables – when required reconcile and create invoices for customers.
    • Receivables – review all invoices created by Jakarta team before submission to Australian management for approval.
    • Human resources – control and / or perform various support tasks for the Australian HR department where required.
    • Warehousing administration activities – control / support two Jakarta staff who handle inwards documentation from customers and reconcile to the warehouse management system.
  • Staff Supervision and Training:
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of four administration personnel.
    • Provide training and guidance.
    • Ensure staff are always working productively and efficiently.
    • Ensure staff are following the proper operational processes and procedures.
    • Ensure staff performance concerns are addressed and escalated where appropriate.
    • Ensure staff adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
    • Monitor and manage staff attendance and break times.
  • Payroll:
    • Prepare monthly payroll for Jakarta staff.
  • Compliance:
    • Work Health and Safety – Understand and adhere to relevant company policies and procedures.
    • Follow all safe working procedures.
    • Maintain and promote the WHS policies, procedures and systems. 
  • Working Conditions:
    • The position is fully work from home.
    • Extended hours or on-call availability may be required depending on business needs.
