About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead integration-focused initiatives across dynamic product and engineering environments. This role blends product ownership, backlog management, and agile delivery leadership, ensuring the engineering team stays aligned, unblocked, and focused on delivering high-impact solutions.
The ideal candidate will act as a central orchestrator, coordinating across business stakeholders, architecture groups, and development teams to drive clarity, momentum, and successful outcomes in fast-paced technical projects.
Key Responsibilities
*Serve as the integration-focused delivery lead, ensuring coordination across business, architecture, and engineering teams.
*Act as Product Owner-lite, partnering with stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize backlogs aligned to business value and technical feasibility.
*Perform backlog grooming, sprint planning, and day-to-day scrum facilitation to keep development velocity high.
*Identify and resolve blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and escalate risks or issues with clarity and foresight.
*Ensure documentation of requirements, decisions, and dependencies is up-to-date and accessible.
*Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate business needs into technical deliverables and ensure alignment with enterprise integration strategies.
*Own project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
*5+ years of experience in technical project management, scrum master, or product owner roles within enterprise or consulting environments.
*Strong background in integration projects, APIs, or multi-system workflows (e.g., CRM, ERP, legacy, cloud).
*Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; capable of acting as both Scrum Master and backlog owner when needed.
*Proven success managing cross-functional teams in technical delivery contexts—engineering, product, QA, architecture, and business.
*Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to translate between technical complexity and business value.
*Experience working with US-based clients in a delivery leadership capacity.
*Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
Nice to Have
*Background in software engineering or systems integration.
*Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or custom middleware frameworks.
*SAFe, PMI-ACP, or CSM certifications.
*Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, telecom).
