Currently, we are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong English level to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for: 

Position Title: Senior Technical Project Manager
Location: Remote (LATAM)

What you will be doing:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between leadership and engineering teams, ensuring clear communication of priorities and deliverables
  • Own and manage Azure DevOps boards: backlog refinement, sprint planning, burndown tracking, and progress monitoring
  • Drive sprint ceremonies: daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning meetings
  • Track developer productivity and velocity using tools like Azure DevOps and burndown charts
  • Maintain visibility of project health, risks, and blockers, escalating when necessary
  • Collaborate with SRE, QA, and design teams to keep timelines and interdependencies aligned
  • Ensure documentation standards are followed throughout development and deployment cycles
  • Translate business objectives into actionable tasks and milestones
  • Serve as a champion of Agile principles, adjusting implementation to suit team needs and maturity
  • Facilitate strong collaboration across distributed teams in EST/CST time zones
  • Provide structured updates to stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Monitor the team’s use of tools and processes, optimizing for efficiency and value delivery
  • Support hiring and onboarding efforts by helping define and evolve role expectations and team workflows
  • Partner with product leaders on roadmap planning and long-term delivery strategy

Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Main Skills:
These are the must-haves that are essential for this position. 
  • Expertise with Azure DevOps, particularly in managing boards, pipelines, and team dashboards
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to enforce and coach teams in their usage
  • Excellent command of project lifecycle management and cross-functional coordination
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking productivity metrics and using them to inform decisions
  • Experience with cloud-based products, ideally within a SaaS or infrastructure-heavy environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (C1 or higher), capable of engaging senior stakeholders
  • Adept at risk management, with a proactive approach to resolving blockers
  • Able to grasp high-level technical concepts related to virtual machines, networking, and DevOps pipelines without being a hands-on coder
  • Secondary Skills:
These are additional skills that will help you succeed in this role. 
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent project tracking systems
  • Background working with or managing remote and nearshore teams
  • Prior experience in edtech, infrastructure, or enterprise software environments
  • Understanding of burn down charts, sprint velocity, throughput, and cycle time
  • Exposure to Azure technologies such as AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop), image management, or VM setup
  • Comfortable collaborating with SREs, DevOps engineers, QAs, and product designers
  • Experience working within environments undergoing rapid scaling or restructuring
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle concepts, user journey mapping, and roadmap planning
