The Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing revenue and portfolio share within our existing customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will be:Manage some of the largest relationships at PPRO, driving new commercial opportunities with key decision makers and influencersDevelop and execute account plans to grow revenue and portfolio shareIdentify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on customer needs and objectivesAct as a trusted advisor and build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencersManage contract negotiations and renewalsEnsure customer satisfaction and retentionAnalyze and report on account performance and market trendsDevelop and implement strategies to mitigate risk and increase customer loyaltyOther key functions will include:Managing all Customer training initiatives. Including the management of a PPRO training program for its Customer’s sales and marketing teamsPayment Service Provider (PSP) and Merchant contract facilitation and the drafting of pricing amendments. In particular, working with the Risk and Boarding teams to approve contractsDelivering high quality presentations to clients on a quarterly basis regarding their performance, areas for growth, and presenting new products and market trendsWho we are looking for:8+ years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably within the payments or fintech industryProven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing share of wallet within an accountStrong business acumen and ability to understand the economics of a varied set of products and marketsThe ability to tell stories using data and creating compelling visuals A strong relationship builder and communicator with customers and internal stakeholders from a wide range of countries and backgroundsExperience managing complex contract negotiations and renewalsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWhat's in it for you?:
