Our client is positioned as the lead of the HOA on the west side of the country. Provides extraordinary customer service and accurate solutions to each need. With five starts service evaluation, they look to keep growing for the homeowners but also for the people inside the company.

Job Activities

  • Receive all incoming calls. 80 to 150 priority calls a day.
  • Take detailed messages to forward to Community Care Specialists and enter notes.
  • Listen to voicemails and process them appropriately.
  • Communicate with Managers regarding any request needing special attention.
  • Understand and act in accordance with relevant Community Care Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
  • Return all phone calls in accordance with company policy.
  • Perform any other task which may be necessary for the smooth operation of the management aspect of the Community Care Department

Schedule

Monday to Friday.

  • Daylight saving: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • regular schedule: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm

Minimum requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a call center for American Customers.
  • 1 year of experience working from home.
  • Experience with remote training.
  • Advanced English
  • Have a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
