Job Title: Workday Consultant

Location: Remote

Hours: Flexible, 10-40 hours per week

Overview:We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to join our team for an immediate project. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and integrating Workday solutions to meet the specific needs of our client. This is a remote position with varying hours, offering flexibility to accommodate the client's requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate Background Check vendor with Workday (Universal)
• Automate the COBRA File using HealthEquity as the vendor
• Automate Wellness reimbursement Submissions within Workday
• Create a tab/box in Workday to streamline the hire process for identifying new hires requiring relocation, visa processing, or special accommodations
• Automate the process in Workday to generate Employment Verification letters and Visa invitation letters for the US, Canada, Mexico & Brazil, initiated by the employee
• Implement automation for Reasonable Accommodation Requests in Workday
• Rectify issues with the Flexible Spending File in Workday

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Implementation, Configuration, and Integration
• Proficiency in Workday HCM modules and tools
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and best practices
• Experience with integrating third-party vendors with Workday
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday certification(s)
• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role
