Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Patient Recruitment Associate Director to lead and optimize patient recruitment for our Outsite US sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative patient engagement initiatives, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring trial recruitment goals are met efficiently and ethically. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of global regulatory requirements and patient-centered strategies to enhance participation in clinical research.
What You'll Be Working On (Duties include but not limited to):Develop and implement global patient recruitment strategies Oversee the execution of recruitment plans, ensuring alignment with study protocols, timelines, and budgets Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, marketing, regulatory, and external agency partners, to drive recruitment success Analyze recruitment metrics and trends, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve recruitment outcomes Manage vendor selection, oversight, and performance related to patient recruitment initiatives.

Identify and leverage innovative recruitment approaches, including digital and social media engagement, community outreach, and site engagement programs. Ensure compliance with global regulatory and ethical guidelines regarding patient recruitment and engagement. Knowledge of clinical trial processes, GCP, data protection, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA, PIPEDA, GDPR, LGPD). Demonstrated success in developing and executing large-scale patient recruitment and retention strategies. Experience managing and collaborating with CROs, vendors, and external recruitment partners. Proficiency in leveraging digital marketing, social media, and data analytics to drive patient engagement. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment performance metrics and reporting.Certifications, Education, and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Business, Marketing or a related field; Advanced degree preferred (E.g MPH).
