We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with exposure to Manual Testing and Automation Testing using Playwright. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile projects, proficiency in JavaScript or Python, and a strong understanding of STLC activities. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test cases, identifying and documenting bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
Design, implement, and execute test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensure timely execution of test cases and report results.
Identify, document, and track bugs through Jira.
Develop and maintain reusable, scalable, and efficient test automation frameworks.
Write and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
Interface with product owners, designers, marketers, and development teams.
Effectively communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
Continuously evaluate the testing process and recommend improvements.
Ensure CX/UX/UI consistency across web applications.
• Proactively identify and raise risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• B-Tech, B.E, M-Tech, MCA, or an equivalent degree from a reputed college/university.
• 0-1 year of experience in testing.
Exposure to Manual Testing.
Ability to write reusable code and develop/maintain test automation frameworks.
Experience with Jira for STLC activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Experience in JavaScript, TypeScript or Python.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
Experience with Microsoft Account for Agile/Cloud-based web applications.
Knowledge of tools such as TestNG, Apache POI, Cucumber, and third-party reporting tools.
Experience with SOAP/REST API Automation.
Knowledge of GIT for version control.
