We are seeking a Billing Accountant to handle our client’s invoicing, revenue tracking, and billing reconciliation.

This position is contingent on the award of the project

Key responsibilities:

Generate and process invoices accurately and on time.

Ensure billing compliance with contracts and company policies.

Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve customer inquiries.

Utilize Deltek to manage billing and financial reporting.

Work with finance teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition.

Support month-end and year-end financial processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting.

Experience with Deltek software is required.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
